Hmmm i have a little problem.I don't know when is the right time to send package to the Philippines..What month..I planned to send them this dec.but most of my friends said that it is not a good idea.They said lots of people will gonna send packages on that month and also lots of people complaining about their missing stuff.I don't know anymore.Any advice?
