How to Take Care of Your Hands

0
Taking good care of your hands is just as important as taking care of the rest of your body.Your hands are always on display since they are almost all the time uncovered and this is why it is necessary to keep them in good condition. Hands and nails that are not kept in good condition look aged and make you feel uncomfortable as well.

To keep your hands looking good you'll need to:

hands

wear rubber gloves when you are washing dishes, using chemicals around the house because the detergents may cause dry skin.

use a hand scrub to remove all the dead skin cells from your hands at least once a week.

use a brush to clean the dirt from under your nails.

wash the hands with antibacterial mild soap to prevent your hands from becoming dry.

moisturize your hands a few times a day in order to keep them soft.

drink plenty of water to keep your skin and body hydrated.

eat healthy so your body can get the nutrients it needs to keep the skin looking healthy.

get your manicure done or do it yourself regularly to keep your nails looking good. A nice manicure completely changes the appearance of the hand, even if it is one of the simplest manicures.

massage your hands once in a while to promote better blood circulation.

Remember that your hands are one of your most prized possessions and one of the first things people will notice about you so remember to always keep your hands and nails clean and in good condition.

kose facial mask

0

Directions on how to use:
-----
1. cleanse your face, and do a mild scrub afterwards, i.e. clinique 7 day scrub
2. use a towel to dry your face first, if not, it will take super long for the mask to dry, and the longer the mask stays on your skin, your skin might get drier after peeling off, the best is to put on a dry clean face
3. you need a THICK layer to do so, espcially the T-zone, and it is not necessary to apply to whole face, (if you really wanna see its actal effect, apply one side of your cheek and compare results with both side later), avoid hairline and the eye area, the trick is, apply in an UPWARD motion against your pores
4. when you feel like it tightens your face and it completely dries, (approx 20-30s in summer, during winter, it might take 40mins to dry), now ready to peel it off, you should start peeling it off from your chin, one hand to hold your skin steady, and the other hand to peel off, you should peel it off from BOTTOM to TOP, because your pores are facing DOWNWARD
5. wash your face with warm water to clean the leftovers on your face, note, YOU DONT need to use facial cleanser
6. put on your regular toner follow by a lotion
7. use it once a week
